“I recently went in for some new jeans and they have a great selection. I'm not fashion centric, but Katelyn did a great job helping me find a couple pairs I liked. After trying them on with proper shoes I found one pair a little short so I went in the following day to exchange them. I got the right fit, but I was pretty irritated being told I had to have an account to exchange them, even after expressing loathing disinterest. I do not want my information in your database. This should not be required to exchange an item full stop. The cashier made up info, but used my first name, so star lost. Terrible policy.”
