It seems like my review was taken down or reported so im going to continue making this review until it stays I feel like I was mislead I called the salon and sent in a picture of my hair and what I wanted done the lady at the front desk got me in with a woman named Katie she said she could do my hair the way I wanted half way in with bleach already on my hair she told me she had to Google to find out what it was u wanted needless to say my hair turned out awful and I did not get the color I wanted or the style for that matter when I called to complain the lady said we'll it looks like you got a ombre I did not ask for an ombre I asked for a bleach wash my hair has yellow and oragne oat hes and grey and original color and huge patches where she didnt put bleach and should have it lools horrible the lady said she would fix it but after 7 hours at a salon and the end result i got the first time I do not wish to return so I asked for a partial refund the lady never responded

Was traveling from Tennessee, and needed my hair fixed asap from a bad haircut. I called, they got me in that evening and did the perfect hair style. The staff was amazing, loved the energy in the whole place. I am not local but I would give them more than a 5 star if I could and definitely 100% recommend.

I've been going to Creative Image for over 20 years. Very friendly staff. Neat and clean, too. My first hairdresser: we went to school together. She had to retire for health reasons. She did my hair for almost 20 years. I miss my friend. The woman doing my hair now, we went to school together as well, does a wonderful job. Her name is Cheryl Norris. Give Creative Image a call. You won't regret it!!

I had Sydney color my hair while I watched the other ladies do hair. They all did such a nice job and seems they have a lot of regulars. I am going back and making appointments for my mom, granddaughter and aunt.
