Decided to use the self serve car wash and when I swiped my card there was a long delay, I figured I swiped too fast, so I swiped again a few more times to find out it was just that slow and it charged my card 4 times, also when I started using it none of the soap would come out of the wand no matter what setting I used!

Took my money and never let me wash my truck wouldn't recommend it's a common issue here

I’d rather wash here than anywhere else. I’ve been going to crickets forever and I also am a member at their sister company Sparkle Brite. When On this side of town I go to the Touchless at Crickets.
