They over charged me for a tire rotation and oil change. They provided a phone number on google reviews to make the situation better, but after calling three times and no one knowing anything about the situation... no one helped or made things better and actually wasted more of my time.

They are very nice and they go above and beyond for you! I took my 2017 Camaro in to get some things done and they absolutely did a wonderful job. Cindy Wells kept me informed on the progress and the technician was remarkable! Thank you so much for everything!

Went in yesterday and got a 2020 GMC Terrain. Easiest car buy experience ever! Paperwork was already started before I got there, and the car was already pulled up front. Everyone was so nice, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. Highly recommend!!

Cindy my service Rep. was Great. Cindy kept me inform while my car was being service. Cindy also provide me with a car. I did not purchase my car from Don Moore, however my next car purchase will be with Don Moore. I was having my car service with Leachman Cadillac, I never receive this type of service from Leachman Cadillac of Bowling Green. Thanks Don Moore and Cindy

Booked appt on dealership website for 08:15A. Got there and it could not be found. I clearly stated when booking that the appt was for the Cue System. Was told that booking online was only for Oil Changes. Really threw me. When I showed my email confirmation and where it stated the request to evaluate the Cue System, was told, "well, I almost have you in here". Again, not my expectation for a Cadillac Dealership. Cindy came around and was pleasant and helpful. While it's not the dealership's fault, this is the 2nd time we've had to replace the Cue screen. At $1,400 a pop, very disappointed in Cadillac. Definitely question the value of the brand. I understand why there is a Class Action Suit against Cadillac for this defect.

We bought a 2019 Buick Encore from Laura Gillihan at Don Moore on 54. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and made the process quick and easy. If anyone is looking for a vehicle to buy, we highly recommend Laura. She is the BEST !

Chatted online and was given a price and next openings for a pre purchase inspection. Called to schedule the appointment and was told they wouldn't do it on a used Corvette. Went back online and was told yes they would and given an appointment time and told the service department would call to confirm. No call so I called back the next day and once again was told they would call me. Still no call, so I called back the day of the alleged appointment and was told I didn't have one and, wait for it, the service manager would call me back. Called Kenny Kent and made an appointment. Still no call from Don Moore. Absolutely ridiculous in my opinion.
