Everyone involved in the sale process was responsive, considerate, helpful, and worked through their lunch to minimize the time required to complete the transaction. There was no feeling of a high pressure situation during the process. Communication was clear as were the details of the transaction.

Front end alignment, last oil change they said I need alignment gave me a readout, took back, alignment done gave me readout before and after alignment.Does not match 1st first readout, both before alignment are not even close.Don’t make a lot sense. I think that drive thru door assessment is not very accurate.

Estimate was timely and fair. Took a little while to get around to our repair, but once we were on the calendar, the repair took just a few hours and was professionally done. I'm guessing good work brings many customers, thus the wait. The office staff are courteous and knowledgeable.

I brought my truck in for an engine light back in June they told be it was a bogus code because it was history code fast forward to August the truck dies I get it towed in they said it was an evap purge valve malfunction and the fuel pump was bad. I get it back after 4 or 5 weeks of waiting it died again get it back they said after another 3 weeks it was the crankshaft position sensor. I get it back engine light came back they said it was another evap part they did help with the price that time got that fixed light came back on again they did say that there was nothing more they would do all they said was take it to another now this month I filled up with gas noticed a very string gas smell called them up explaining my issue someone that I was talking to said something about being to help because ots been a few months so I had to figure it out come to find when they the fuel pump in they didn't install the locking ring and the pump was just loose and the lines were zip tied together. To top it off I called to see if my truck was ready and I get the response no body called you. Your trucks been ready for a few days no. No body called me I was very disappointed and irritatedThis is very unprofessional unsettling and bad business I would be very cautious with don moore chevrolet

Service closed. Alan solved this. Sent me to Raban tire for large bolt and washer removal from r/f tire. Leak fixed, no charge. That's excellant service from tire pressure warning on screen to back on the road safely.

I would never recommend to purchase a new or used vehicle from Don Moore. I purchased a car that was just at a year old, I have the car in the shop multiple times, even the service guy commented on the multitude of issues I've had. The car isn't driven that much and still has low miles. The most recent they gave me 2 different excuses as to why the warranty wouldn't cover, which sounds shady. Their suggestion was to trade it in lol, as if I would ever want another lemon. When putting the car back together they have messed my turning signal and lamp lights up, do you think they offered to fixed it immediately NO, they said when they could fit me in. I also have 2 friends that have bought brand new vehicles from here and both have already been in the shop, one so extensive it took them a month to fix. They are absolutely terrible and once it's off their lot that's the extent of their kindness and helpfulness.****Update****I called the number they posted and was told they would call me back and over a week later still no call.

I bought a truck 11/10/23 from this dealer. Alan Simon was my salesman. Very pleasant experience and had a good time buying from him and the dealer. He addressed all my question and was very cordial.Jacob Akers sealed the deal and he too was a pleasure to deal with. Boths guys had a good sense of humor and seemed to be very knowledgeable of the products they had on the lot. They got me in and out faster than normal. I was a time sensitive sale I guess you would say. I just didn’t have much time to do the whole process. Thanks Alan and JacobI hope I never need another vehicle again but if I do, you will be at the top of the list in my book. There should be more car salesmen like you too.For me, buying a car is like having 4 teeth pulled. Normally just hate the entire process. You made it enjoyable for me !!R Weyer

Some midnight shopping at work led me to a charger Don Moore had in their inventory. I sent an inquiry about the car, and a few hours later I was sent a text with a business card attached to it. I gave the dealership a half hour heads up I was on my way in to check it out.Zach greeted me at the door with a handshake and a key in hand. He told me to take it for a spin, take my time, and come back when I was ready. The car was everything the dealership said it was. No smoky mirrors and no hassle at all. I've been to a couple other dealerships in the tristate and had nothing but issues and felt like I was fighting them off, that wasn't the case with Zach and the Don Moore team.I loved the car and Zach sat me down and came up with the deal, which was a great one. I left to get things squared away. When I came back and hour later the car was cleaned up, gassed up, and ready to roll out. It took the team a half hour to close everything up!!The total time spent at the dealership was 2 hours and that includes a lengthy test drive. Nobody pushed anything on me, there was no stress involved in my transaction. I cannot recommend them enough. When the time for a trade in or another new car comes into play, I know I'll be shopping with Zach and the team at Don Moore on 54.

My 1 year old GMC Acadia Denali leaked water during a storm (enough to halfway fill the cupholders). I scheduled an appointment to take it in for repairs and took a vacation day to do this. Arrived at the shop only to be told that the dealership shop doesn't work on leaks and it would have to go to the body shop. Had to reschedule for a few weeks off and asked for a loaner vehicle and was told there wouldn't be one available that day or any day. Luckily a girl at the service desk spoke up and said they would have one available. I took it in at the scheduled time for the repair and it was there for 2 weeks. When I picked it up I requested paperwork of what repair work was done and was told that the body shop hadn't processed the warranty claim yet but when it was done they would email it to me. I left and when I got home I realized my headliner and visors, which are a light beige, had dirty/greasy handprints in numerous places and grease on the rear bumper. I told the dealership this and a person from the shop came to my work and picked up the vehicle and took it back to Don Moore to clean the handprints and the grease on the bumper. She returned it to my work the same day. I would estimate about 50% of the dirty hand prints were cleaned off. The driver's side visor still has several. The grease on the rear bumper was not touched. I still have not yet received the paper work explaining what work was performed. I wanted that in case there is any problem with the headliner in the future when the warranty has expired as it was extremely wet when the windshield leaked and it was not replaced but instead reinstalled.

This dealership is going under. I went to inquire about testing driving a truck and the woman on the phone said that the truck was available and I could come in and test drive it. I parked my truck and was greeted by a yuppy sales man. I explained I came into to look at a truck that I reserved to test drive and he had me take a seat at his desk while he confirmed that it was available for a test drive. Well a little while later as I’m sitting alone for roughly 10 minutes the sales man brings over his co-worker and she tells me “we don’t let anyone test drive a truck if they aren’t going to buy it anytime soon and we don’t want people putting a miles on them because then truck would not be worth as much.” I was then told by her that the truck I came into drive was sitting in the showroom as someone was coming into look at it who was probably a serious buyer. So the internet sales manager lied to me about the truck being available to drive and that I’d be able to test drive it alone and then I was also told they don’t allow that. So since they stated the black Denali was technically unavailable for me to look at so I asked if they had the same truck but just the Silverado version. They checked and stated “that actually just sold” so they keep asking me if I’m only interested in the 2500s which I replied “yes” because as that’s specifically what I’m looking for as I plan on doing heavy duty work and towing. So they keep me sitting there as they desperately try and scatter their inventory list with almost nothing existing on their lots. They both walk away for a minute. the sales man comes back without his co worker and tells me the black Silverado 2500 is on the lot… unbelievable. So far I’ve been lied to twice and I’ll explain the first lie that ties into what I was told by the lady sales person. So after I looked at this truck and after being talked down to a bit and lied to I left after wasting my time with these people. I called the internet sales manager that reached out to me earlier that morning and confronted her and asked why I wasted almost 30 minutes and her telling me why she said the truck I came to look at was available when it really wasn’t she said “it was a miscommunication” hmm I wonder how you can miscommunicate something that should be very obvious and even after you claim the general sales manger said it was available for me to come test drive she then says “we only allow people who are 25 to test drive a vehicle and I see here you’re 23, we don’t allow anyone under 25 to drive a vehicle that’s that expensive. I stated “so back in June ya’ll let me test drive a black 2023 GMC Sierra 2500 with a $87,000 price tag with nobody in the truck with me just gave it to me to have to myself to drive and I’m only 20” she said “that was a miscommunication” the internet sales manager says the same word over again when it’s not even a miscommunication. That would be considered a mistake that you’d be held liable for you and a mistake that showed Don Moore has no issue breaking a policy set for test drive age. She then proceeded to tell me “there was also and incident where you had the truck for 3 hours and we had trouble getting it back” I’m sorry I was never told a time limit on when to bring it back I was just told to enjoy it. So 3 lies in only less than an hour. They’ve lost all respect from me. I’ve also had numerous instances where I’ve taken my truck in for service and they have broken something. Unqualified “mechanics” and terrible customer service and sales and business practices. Don Moore should be ashamed of itself. Never buying with them and thankfully since I’ve stopped going there for service after they’ve messed with my truck they won’t be getting their hands on my new truck ever so it’ll be going to a maintenance guy in the area I can trust that my warranty will allow the work under. I recommend everyone in the to avoid this dealership at all cost. I hope this review shines the light on the kind of people running don moore and where it’s headed. Don’t waste time or money with them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in to get suv looked at. Needed brakes changed and it IS covered under the warranty and they wanted to charge $539 to change them that is ridiculous. Also was scheduled because of possible transmission issues and that was not even looked at because the transmission tech was not there. Well, Why wasn't a phone call made to tell me this? I would have rescheduled instead of wasting time sitting at this place. Furthermore I don't even know if it is a transmission issue but of course they could not even run a total diagnostic to check engine components to see if it was something else. This is twice now that this dealer has been this way.

My friend just called to ask a quick question twice about a warrantee with her car and was hung up on both times by the lady answering the phone at the dealership. Wouldn't drive away a customer (yes, pun intended) by not answering customer calls.

Our car dealer Ryan was helpful and allowed us to view the lot before asking about models and what specifically we looked for in the new car. He helped us end up with the 2023 Chevy Silverado that was comfortable to drive for me and my husband. He also helped us set up the app to connect our cars emergency features so within two days the car was set to be driven for the next 300 thousand or or more miles. Overall outstanding experience again with Chevy!
