I bought a 2023 Santa Fe yesterday and was so happy with the buying experience. My transmission went out on the way to Owensboro to visit family. I had planned on purchasing a car soon, but not on such short notice. What started as a stressful buying experience ended up being a great day. I had the pleasure of working with Valerie Vanover. She was incredibly personable and helpful. 10/10 service from Valerie and the rest of the team, and my vehicle is absolutely beautiful!

2018 hyundai tuscon engine failure ..at dealer ship going on 4 months no ..no loaner cars ever available ..the parts they get to fix your engine don't work either after 2 failed cylinders in both engine replacements.. still paying car payments while it's being fixed after 4 long months with no end in sight

My wife vehicle has been Don Moore since August 12 and still sitting in facility. Service department are inept, has not even offer a temporary rental She tried to get in touch with service department .Every time she called there good at avoiding or more excuses. She called today and Eric(service dept) mentioned two more vehicle up front and in chronological order.What the hell! are your guys taking specimen sample chronological order in the medical lab?What is the f....deal? And he has not given us a adequate date. Todaymy spouse birthday too.We're actually paying our rental out of our pocket.I had better service in Mitsubishi Expressway Evansville better serviceand honest answer.Its true its better buy a vehicle across the bridge.Fortunately for us Better Business Bureau has been helpful giving us adequate help.October 16 my wife vehicle still in Don Moore in Owensboro after I gave my reviews 2 weeks ago they informed my wife to be updated .They kept there promise only one day of that week and silence again. John Emery did called my wife by quotes "we got your turbo fan being fixed "What ?!! She's got 2018 Hyundai Tucson 2.2 litter 4 cylinder..there's no turbo fan!!l Either there making excuses just to pacify my spouse and being a female that she's doesn't know about motors.If this takes another long enduring wait,we been contacted take a legal route.I wouldn't recommend Don Moore there happy to sell you a vehicle but there automotive service is a failure. Look before you buy,I should have check Better Business Bureau...I did,you be surprised there rating and positive comments (Sarcasm).I forgot to mention she's still paying her vehicle automatic withdrawal. A vehicle that she's unable to drive.

Took a month to get an appointment set. Once it was time I took the car in and waited an additional 2 weeks just to find out later today they haven't even looked at it. I called multiple times, transferred over and over and left messages with no returns. The service center here is a joke!

Sales Experience: I drove 6 hours round trip to buy/trade with Don Moore. This was the only dealership that was not marking up vehicles beyond MSRP and they gave a very fair price for my trade. Everything was transparent with them. They had my paperwork ready when I arrived so the process was quick as they knew my time was valuable. Stephen and Joe were the two I worked with and they truly did an amazing job. If you are local or willing to drive, I highly recommend this dealership- it's rare you find such honesty with car dealerships!

Waiting months to get your car in to be serviced is simply unacceptable. There are no excuses to be made. Don Moore Hyundai has simply failed at their mission.
