Dorothy is a doll. Very patient and kind. She explains things to you in a way that you can understand them - I strongly suggest you support local business and you cannot get anymore "down home" than Mrs. Dorothy. Wonderful human being! Oh, and she also does taxes. HAHAHA. :)
