I've already filed a complaint on the driver that comes to my area, but they apparently can't do their job. Packages are not left where they are supposed to be left at my facility. Its been happening for at least 3 months. Fed ex is the only delivery company that had problems with this. I don't understand why this driver has not been fired.

The woman at the counter was very rude. Wasn't gonna scan the label because she said it wouldn't work. I printed it at home. She scanned it and it worked just fine. Not very professional.

I am currently going to this ship center multiple times a week. The employee at the counter is so helpful every time. Now, since I am so frequent, it is like we are in sync. She knows why I'm there. I find the package and put my item inside and she is typing in the FedEx number I use for shipping. All together it takes fewer than 5 minutes. I'm in and out. Thank you for making it so easy!

Someone was too lazy to walk up the stairs to deliver my package, and delivered it to someone else instead Been trying to talk to a representative for the last 30 minutes. Literally impossible to talk to a human being.

I drove for 30 minutes and arrived before 14 minutes before closing according to your online schedule, they should correct it, it's actually a bad service, I couldn't receive my package because I work and I'm not at home during the morning
And I leave work I go to the store so that the lady comes and tells me closed when online she says it's open it's totally an injustice

When I seen online closing time is 6:45
I reached 6:30 and they said we r closed.
That's not good management.
You have to update ur closing time so people can see before they go to store.

I've had 2 packages in the last 2 weeks that needed a signature and both times fedex put a note on my door without ever knocking. Will forever go out of my way to not use them

Dropped off a package and it was very easy. The drop off area is a condensed ship center, like what you would see at a storefront. Customer service was friendly and nice. Parking is limited, only two customer parking designated spots. Pulling into the store was easy. Pulling out of the store is a bit of a challenge because of a hill making it hard to see oncoming traffic.
