employees were nice and super helpful. I hate overbearing sales people and we did not feel pressured to buy or settle on something we did not like. We were showed in detail all the paperwork for the warranty. Process was very easy and they had the boxes ready quickly for us to bring home same day.

My husband and I were in need of a sectional asap since ours broke. But with a limited budget of course. Shaun is the manager on site and worked with us and was able to help us get stuff figured out to be able to find one and take it home. We’re not able to bring it home today, so he’s allowing us to leave it overnight to pick it up tomorrow. He’s very nice and told us details about different options since we were having a hard time deciding. After being stuck on 3, we finally found our couch and are so excited to bring it home tomorrow. Thank you Shaun! We appreciate you!

Had a fantastic experience at American Freight in Owensboro. When we got there, they didn't have the mattress that we ordered online, but the owner gave us a better mattress at the same price. Great customer service and low prices. You can't beat it!

Kristen was very helpful. She made sure I had everything I needed. She walked me through my payments and how much I would pay , how I much my down payment would be. While I was doing my application she helped me through it. Told me to ask her if I need any help. She was very very helpful and nice. I will be coming back to continue service with her.
