They stayed open for us to get there just in the nick of time but they upcharge without asking and were pushy. Paid more for services that you couldn't even tell they did. Like vacuuming and window washing

If I could rate zero I would. Stopped by to get air checked in tires of both my vehicles today. Pulled in diagonally to the first bay and asked a worker about needing air service. Told me to pull up to the first bay. So I backed up and did so. My husband the proceeded to the third bay and mind you the chains were not up as to tell you not to pull up. He asked the worker the same about air in the tires and he was kind enough to say to wait for me in the first bay and he could be next. So he backed up and waited in line. Mean while the "Manager" of this establishment walked over to put the chains up on ALL the bays and at each one proceeded to say yall need some GD manners out loud. After the first time I looked at her. Watched her go to the next bay as she said it again and to another bay and said it a third time. In front of customers her employees and a delivery driver dropping packages. So as I pulled off I looked at her a said. "If you want your customers to have manners, you need to have manners." She looked at me and said sarcastically "BYE" sorry but as a manager of any establishment this is not proper behavior at all. She needs to be demoted or fired. The employees were of better manners than her. People wonder why customers get upset at places. Managers need to represent better. Was planning on bringing business to them but after that rude service. That will be a huge NO.

Had my tires rotated there, and they did a great job on that. However, when I went to pick the truck up, there was a new dent in the bumper that wasn't there when I dropped it off. When I politely inquired about it, they questioned my integrity and refused responsibility. I will not ever recommend a shop that lies.Service: Tires

Do NOT bring your car here! I used them previously because I wanted to get a tire repaired since a nail got stuck in it. They said the tire couldn't be repaired, and when I asked them to put the spare on they said the spare was too old so they couldn't. They tried to sell me a set of 4 new tires and get me to sign up for a credit card. I ended up just buying a replacement tire from them.A few weeks later I brought my car back in because I was having trouble with weird clunking noises when I went over bumps (this had been happening for a while so I don't think it was their doing). They told me that my sway bar link and bushings were loose and that one of my back tires was missing brake pads. Now this sorta sounded alarms in my head because Firestone was the last place to touch my vehicle and they worked on my tires, SPECIFICALLY THE BACK ONES. Now I may not be a mathematician but something wasn't adding up... But I needed the problem fixed that day so I let them do it. TERRIBLE MISTAKE. They charged $997 in total for sway bar link replacements, rear brakes and a brake fluid exchange. I was shell shocked at the price but thankful that the problem was fixed...Tell me why as I'm on my way to work today I stop at an intersection to turn and my brake warning light comes on :) I wait for a few seconds as I accelerate again and the light goes off. I think "oh it must've just been a fluke." The next time I brake the light comes on again. Then the light comes on while I'm on the highway not even braking. Something is WRONG. Now I have to spend additional money going somewhere else to fix whatever problems they have caused with my vehicle.They have lost me as a customer forever. Do not trust them with your car!! Awful experience, i will never go back. Had an oil change done, and it ended up costing 140 dollars. I stopped by there on a Sunday to fix a tire, and since they did oil changes too, I figured I'd go ahead and get that done. They told me they couldn't repair the tire (I had to take it somewhere else to get it fixed) and then gave me a 140 dollar bill for oil. It's typically 65 dollars for full synthetic, the other places I go. They did say they would price match if I had a receipt, and when I brought one in, they refused to price match. The lady, who was the manager, told me about how I was wrong about the oil that went into my vehicle and that they will drive to the other store because they "have a guy there" just to prove me wrong. I kind of feel like arguing with me, being rude, telling me I'm wrong in front of all the other customers, and going out of her way to attempt to prove it is a little much, especially when she could just price match and have me as a customer for years to come. Maybe she was just having a bad day. But that's not the way you treat customers.

They did my oil change but somehow managed to get oil all over the roof interior of my car and all over the inside panels. Oil is so hard to get off of fabric if there were a lower star I would use it. As if 85 dollers wasn't ridiculous they did all that too. I will never use them again.Service: Oil change

I went to Firestone to plug a flat tire. The next day, the tire was flat again. I called Firestone and told them it was flat again and I was told that I probably ran over something. I called a tow truck to change the flat. The driver said that two lug nuts were stripped out. He said he went there and the same thing happened to him. I had to end up replacing the tire because of their mistake.

We had four tires plus brakes and rotors put on our 2014 SUV. The folks there were great to work with. They didn’t try to up sell something we didn’t want. We knew the tires we wanted going in though. After they replaced the items we got an AWD error on the car. We took it back in and they checked it out with diagnostic equipment at no charge. We will likely go to them for our oil changes from now on too. I would recommend them to anyone. If you want cheap-o tires, there’s places for that. If you want good tires and great service, Firestone is hard to beat.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Took my car on Sunday December 18 to get an oil change. To then get in the highway and have my hood in my face. They failed to mention they broke my hood latch. I had to file a complaint seeing as I am from NEW YORK!!! I have yet to receive a call back from the area manager. I took my 2013 KIA Optima in for a brake repair last Wednesday. The front brakes were sticking and locking up after longer drives. They diagnosed it as a rear brake problem and 2 collapsed brake lines on the front. I immediately knew this sounded far fetched with 2 lines collapsing. They performed the work and charged me $968.00 for rear rotors and pads and 2 brake lines. I picked it up Friday and drove it 25 miles to my house and nothing was repaired. The brakes were locking up and burning smell just like it was when I took it. I will never take them anything in the future. I won't even allow them to perform an oil change anymore. Technicians were great!! Customer service from receptionist was not. She was rude for no reason and made me dread coming here again. I also heard her be very rude to the technicians, snapping and yelling at them for no reason… unsure why she stays in a job she seems to hate. With improved customer service, this place is definitely a 5 star!!!
