“I have always loved the Boot Camp and the OAC. The boot camp was always what I needed. Hate that I moved away from being able to use on a weekly basis. Started the boot camp classes in 2016. Being able to use all they have to offer at the facility while access to the Boot Camp at a very affordable rate was a blessing 🙌 Chris was the best trainer!!”

“Super welcoming and felt like I was right at home! The facility was actually super nice, too. Big open floor, lots of equipment, clean, and just exactly what a “box” should feel like. CrossFit is community and I sure felt it when I went.
This will for sure be where I come to anytime we visit the Owensboro family 🫶🏼💪 🔥”

“I needed help from anyone in this suite of businesses. I had lost something very important in the area, yet the business I visited would not even answer the phone. Out of desperation I called Hot works to see if I would reach a kind person, and I did!! She went out of her way to help me. So if your looking for a kind place to do business with, this is it! Most ppl these days can't be bothered with a kind act, but this person was, and it helped tremendously.”
“The staff are friendly, courteous and welcoming. The facility is great! The staff are always looking for ways to improve. There are a variety of exercise classes available. My Mom does Silver Sneakers, chair yoga faithfully. I enjoy the weight room and exercise bike.”

“In town for work and found this gym. I was happy to find a functional fitness section with monkey bars. My home gym is an ocr and ninja gym, so having access to this equipment while traveling was awesome. The best part is the amazing staff, they were friendly and helpful.”
