“I recommend HOTWORX 100%! As a busy mom, the 24 hour facility allows me to make time for myself! The staff are so wonderful and the facility is extremely clean! They have so many workouts to choose from, as well as a free weight area. I also love that they have an app to keep track of how many calories you burn and to schedule sessions. I'm a fan of the saunas, they say "more workout in less time!" I believe it!”

“I have always loved the Boot Camp and the OAC. The boot camp was always what I needed. Hate that I moved away from being able to use on a weekly basis. Started the boot camp classes in 2016. Being able to use all they have to offer at the facility while access to the Boot Camp at a very affordable rate was a blessing 🙌 Chris was the best trainer!!”

“Super welcoming and felt like I was right at home! The facility was actually super nice, too. Big open floor, lots of equipment, clean, and just exactly what a “box” should feel like. CrossFit is community and I sure felt it when I went.
This will for sure be where I come to anytime we visit the Owensboro family 🫶🏼💪 🔥”
