I was with Aaa for over 42 years and very upset with them that they raised my rates and it was just like oh well, that’s what what you gotta pay. That’s what you gotta pay no help whatsoever so Christine has been over backwards. “I have never visited this office in person, but John assisted me over the phone with transferring my daughters AAA Hoosier Premier membership to AAA Kentucky. I went in person to the AAA KY office off of Hurstbourne Parkway for assistance. I was told it was a simple transaction. The person I was handed off to was unable to assist me and told me so many steps and hoops to jump through, I was left very frustrated and confused. I called another office and was transferred to John. He was very helpful and friendly. He was able to help me complete my transaction in less than 10 min over the phone. It was nice to have someone who was so competent and able to help me. AAA needs more employees like John. Its also nice to know that the Owensboro office will be the office my daughter will be dealing with in person. She will be in good hands for her travel and road assistance needs.”
