“We stayed at Comfort Suites in Owensboro, Kentucky for a football tournament, traveling all the way from Ohio with a whole team of energetic 11-year-old boys. To say they were rambunctious would be an understatement they were doing exactly what 11-year-old boys do, and I know we weren’t the easiest group to manage!

Despite that, the staff was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding the entire weekend. What really stood out was Sunday morning: we learned our first game wouldn’t start until 2:45 PM, but check-out was at 11. Without hesitation, they allowed us to stay until 1:00 PM with no extra charge. That small act of kindness made a huge difference for our boys and our families.

There were multiple football teams staying there, but the staff still treated us with care and respect. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and more than accommodating.

“Everyone we came in contact was friendly. The rooms were very nice but it wasn't really clean.

Rooms: The rooms are very nice and comfortable but it was still dirty around the headboard on the floor. I would still give them a good rating! Overall pleased and will return!”

“It’s a cheap, conveniently located, not as shitty as you would expect Motel 6. Lady at the front desk was kinda rude, but also I got my room for like $55 dollars. I think everyone complaining either had outlier bad experiences, or just had super high expectations. It’s a Motel 6, you’re not getting some amazing room here, but they did enough work on the rooms themselves to make it feel like a room at a nicer hotel. TBH if I’m ever broke down needing a place to stay in Owensboro again, this is probably where I’ll go. If you’re looking for a super nice motel, this ain’t it. If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay that doesn’t have rats, roachs, bed bugs, or blood stains, this IS the place.”

“The outside of this place isn't clean at all, and first impressions when you walk in are not much better. \n\nBUT the food is very good and service is usually friendly and prompt. You get a lot of food for your money here, and their breakfast is excellent.”
