The excellar service I received from Mary. She helped guide me in the right direction especially as a first timer independent. With her knowledge she helped me understand my taxes and was great to have. Will definitely return to H&R and hopefully have Mary again. The team there is awesome!

Denied for a refund advance after told pre-qualified. Then u cannot get an answer on ur refund advance until u file with hnr, so they make sure even though u don't get what u was looking for they get what they wanted 400 dollars to do taxes
