  THIEVES!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! They will take your money and not give you what you just paid for!!! In other words, they will STEAL your money and not even respond when trying to contact the store or corporate. I paid and the cashier said “oh it messed up…” I say “Well I can see you just took my money. The transaction is on my phone.” The response I got was something like that doesn’t count, it is not gonna take your money. I’m protesting “Yes it will. As a matter of fact I can show you it already has, as a completed transaction, it is not even pending” Then the response became “We didn’t take any money so it will go back on your account” having heard this absurd contradiction, I walk out, knowing it wasn’t going anywhere. That day we try to get in touch with the store and corporate. I am writing the review now because not only has it not been resolved, but we haven’t even been contacted!!! if they had at least made an attempt to contact me and correct this then I wouldn’t be using language like “steal” and “thieves” but clearly they do not care and were happy to take my money, giving me absolutely nothing that I paid for, that is theft. If they ever fix this, I will happily change my rating, but as of right now, I have little faith that will ever happen.

  Went in there this morning and one of the manager ladies is all she was doing was griping about night shift employees she waited on me and asked me if I needed a bag for my stuff then walked away from the counter and never put my stuff in the bag and kept griping about night shift employees I used to like going in here but that's the second time I came in there and she's always griping about someone else not a very good experience I thought hucks train their managers to be more professional this is the Huck's on East Parrish avenue Owensboro Kentucky

  One of the best convenience stores. Usually find a good deal or two on everyday items. Rewards program seems to be a good one .
