We had our taxes prepared in March was told would have refund within 21 days here we are 7 months later still waiting for it called them several times they tell me they can't help me but they had no problems taking my money

I file here EVERY year and I don't have to do anything but email or drop off my info. I loose my paper return every year and thier office is open year round. Just a call away and it's ready when I walked in the door.

Was kind of skeptical walking up never filed with Jackson Hewitt before i got a word of mouth referral to go file so I tried it and after waiting on the previous customer I was in and out within an hour with some peace of mind. Thanks
