I spent $46 for 12 tenders meal with mashed potatoes and gravy and Mac and cheese. Didn't get the Mac and cheese. Asked for sauce for the tenders.. Didn't get it.. Honey for the biscuit.. Didn't get it either. Didn't get silverware so my son went back for them and some napkins. They couldn't find the spoons and a customer complained that we got more than 1 napkin for 4 people. When I went back to explain that I didn't get the Mac and cheese they gave me $4. Last time I checked $4 didn't replace that part of the meal. When I told them that one of the male employees started jumping on me. Not a good place. The bathroom was nasty and the employees were past rude. Won't be going back anytime soon.

Although the food was tasty but they forgot to give dipping sauce when I went inside to ask for it they suggested if I paid for it. The receipt printed was so light no one can read it. as well as were little rude in behavior. had to wait for person who took order to confirm and give dipping

I wrote this review before the manager got involved. At this point she turned everything around. This is why I am amending my review. Because she communicated with me, and she cared. She apologized, whereas, the other employee said "my bad" which is not an apology. Thank you gm. You saved the following review....The food would have been ok if the worker didn't substitute crispy for original recipe, because they didn't have any original prepared. This was deliberate. It was also lazy. In fact he seemed to be half asleep.Also the lid didn't fit the cup and it leaked all over me. It seemed like they didn't have enough people scheduled, and the wait time was ridiculous.I am very disappointed. I don't think I will be eating here anymore. That's really sad because I love KFC.

Ordered in the app, arrived about 5 minutes after the scheduled time, and still had to wait 34 minutes for the order to be ready, so a total of an hour and 4 minutes from the time I placed the order. It was just a 12 piece chicken meal, seems a bit long for that. The staff were friendly, just didn't care for the long wait, especially since I ordered ahead. The chicken & mashed potatoes were good, corn & Coleslaw were average, biscuits were decent, the mac & cheese was really not good.

Management is rude I went to pick up a grubhub order and they had handed it out the window the customer brought it back in they was gonna send it with me to my customer and I refused as someone had already had it and opened it so that's gross so they told me to cancel my customers order cause they didn't have time to remake

The employee working the front counter today was unqualified to say the least, he missed so many drink/food items and acted confused when confronted about it. They clearly had no clue what was going on in their establishment. Very mediocre.

Went to hwy 54 KFC, I could not believe they didnt have crispy chicken at 4 30, was told it. would take 30 minutes before ready, had to go to foodland IGA to get crispy chicken totally dispointed, drove from west end of town to east end

I went into KFC on 54 in Owensboro with my young son tonight, stressful and tired, not wanting to cook and not wanting to spend a fortune on too much food that I knew would ultimately be wasted. I stood at the counter for a good 15 minutes, trying to come up with the perfect combination of chicken and sides to feed the two of us without any leftovers. I can eat one of their meals but my son is five - too big for one of their kid's meals and too small for a grownup meal.An employee names Ashley stepped up to the plate and saved me. She worked up a combination of a meal, a la carte items, and upgrades that was exactly what I was looking for and was incredibly helpful and polite throughout. I know this doesn't seem like a huge deal, but it was. I was run ragged from running errands and trying to pack for an upcoming move, my son was hungry and grumpy, and I couldn't even think straight long enough to place a simple order at a fast food joint. She saw a worn out Mama and felt sympathy. She was patient with my fussy little boy and she was kind to me.Sometimes, people don't realize that it's the small things that make a difference. Ashley, if you ever read this, thank you. You make my night so much easier.KFC, if you guys read this, you need to know what a great employee you have. She went above and beyond to show kindness. THERE WAS ONE GOOD THING ABOUT OURKFC NEED NEW ONE WITH NEW PEOPLE KFC SHOULD BE CLOSED UNTIL CAN BRING BACK THE OLD STYLE KFC WHERE THEY CARED ABOUT THE FOOD AND CUSTOMERS
