I had to do a blood draw for a TB test for work. I’m usually a very hard stick, but Joyce got it on the first try and took maybe 2 minutes. Excellent experience! This was at the Owensboro office.

Had to get quite a bit of blood drawn this morning and had a great experience here! The lady at check-in was nice and explained everything well that involved my insurance and out of pocket portion. The phlebotomist was kind and funny. He made getting all that blood drawn not so bad. There were quite a bit of people in the waiting room but that is always expected in a medical office – patience is key and remember appointments in advance trump walk-ins. Overall, I would recommend this place!

We have used Labcorp many times. All of the staff has been lovely and they are thoughtful and thorough. Joyce was especially helpful to us. I highly recommend Lapcorp.

The option to check in remotely is very convenient. I was able to wait in my vehicle and then go inside for my appointment when i got the text. There is one woman working. She would check people in at reception, then do the blood draws. She was very sweet and made me feel at ease.

Believe the 1 star reviews because I guarantee you these people aren’t lying. Was referred to do my urinalysis here from Dr.Good as I was showing a lot of signs of a UTI. I knew I had a UTI because I’ve had one before. Did my urinalysis here 2 days ago, results came back this morning and was told that my “urine was normal and didn’t have any infection or blood in it”, I was very confused because I’ve been in severe pain and knew I had a UTI and clearly these people there are labcorp didn’t know what they were doing. My symptoms initially started last week and progressed to get worse. When I woke up this morning I could barely urinate because I was in so much pain so I went to see my family doctor today. She informed me that I DO have a UTI and that I needed to find a new OBGYN that does these tests in house, as these people were clearly wrong and had no clue what they were doing. I wish I could get my $11.00 back because these people wasted my time and I will NOT ever return.

Feel bad for the employees there as they obviously look understaffed. Employee up front was obviously working hard and I’m not being sarcastic about it.

I tried calling to see how much longer I’m expected to wait on this VERY SLOW staff, it get redirected to a call center who “has no idea”... A terrible first time experience! It will certainly be a last for me!

This one star is no reflection on the one employee you have at the one location LabCorp has in my area. The one employee at this one location is great. How does a company like LabCorp work with many corporations and not offer sufficient service? This is an injustice to your one awesome employee here and to your customers. LabCorp only gets one star from me. Unfortunately, I have to use LabCorp because my employer uses them.
