Very helpful with guiding me to understand the components and how to use the items in a noodle dish I was not familiar with cooking. It's a small store but it has lots of variety of dried, frozen and fresh ingredients. I was looking for specific items for a new ramen recipes I found. They have everything I needed! Trying California sausage and mushrooms! And Tom Yum!
