They all lie and try to rush you out as fast as possible at this place, if I could leave a negative amount of stars I would. Be warned if your considering using this company, DON'T....

I have been a client of yours for over 8 years and the owensboro team are the best you have!!! The are all very professional and friendly to me...Alex the manager works so hard to make sure you are taken care with your problems..she is so caring about you..she is a super woman and I don't see how she has so much energy..and I love her.. now David is also great..when you call him he immediately takes care of you...he is also friendly and many times has me laughing before I get off the phone which makes me at ease...and Elisha the head driver delivers to me and always makes sure I have everything I need.. many drivers drop off sign bill snd they take off but Elisha makes sure you have everything you need..and he is also so friendly..he is the best driver I have ever had.

My husband had to take a sleep apnea test and they were supposed to be here Friday 12/2 to pick up the device. No one showed up and they are closed on the weekends. I'm truly afraid this device will die before his information can be sent to the Dr. It is just frustrating. And we will have to pay to do this again.

Lincare had let my husband down as he approached the end of his life. They did not get him a 10L concentrator, as it had to come from New Albany or Louisville..and it would take up to 5 days! Ha! That is 1 hour and 15 minutes by highway from our town. Now they have left me looking at oxygen tanks for over one week and my husband has died. They say they cannot tell me when they can pick all this up. I do not recommend this branch of Lincare in Owensboro, Ky.

My provider sent in an order for a debilitating cluster headaches. Their response "I don't qualify". A. They don't have my insurance info, B. There are other providers in Owensboro. I just picked them because they were listed on Google. C. If a physician can't rely on you to solve their patient's needs, don't advertise it. Owensboro is a tight knit community and word travels fast.

Horrible business. They never did bring our supplies after surgery and they won't ever answer the phone or return calls and when I finally did speak to someone he just said they were waiting on the hospital to send information. That's a week after leaving the hospital and I said we need supplies ASAP and he said okay he would call back and now it's been another week and still no return call. I wish we were never referred to this place. I don't even know what to do at this point

After waiting MONTHS for Cpap order (“you are next on list”. “We are checking your records, insurance” etc etc) I luckily found Medical Service Company & they processed my order without delay. Would avoid LinCare at all costs!

After spending most of the week trying to get answers about my father's POC, I was definitely frustrated by the time Thursday afternoon arrived. There has been more passing the buck over simple inquiries than anyone should have to go thru with a paid provider of services.Luckily, today I was fortunate and Alexandria answered my call. She spent the extra time to either answer or get answers to my questions. I appreciate the service she rendered with patience and knowledge. LINCARE is lucky to have an employee of her standards. Our experience with service is unfortunately not good. We returned a portable concentrator over 6 months ago for repair and have never had any follow up or had the repaired concentrator returned. We were forced to use portable tanks, which are bulky and not easy to take around - for over 6 months, and with zero follow-up. Today when I called to have equipment picked up I was told that there is no way to know when pick up can occur. I know businesses are short handed, but there is a better way to service existing clients. As oxygen contracts for Medicare patients are for a number of years, it seems that the reliance on that income has helped Lincare turn a blind eye on service. It is truly unfortunate that a population of individuals who need and deserve reliable service can't obtain it with this company. My review today is rare, I don't usually bother. I won't comment about the wait on hold, as I do understand staffing challenges are happening today. I simply want to suggest that in a market where there is good competition, folks might want to make sure they look into service and choose wisely.

I usually do not get bad reviews everyone I have ever reviewed has gotten a good one from me but Lynn's care has failed me I have asked for my C pap suppliesIt comes late or I have to call for it and then it's the wrong stuff or it's the supplies it doesn't fit the C pep machine which they I have bought from themIt is now worked out pretty good so maybe next time I will give them a better rating just being honest

I would not recommend this company to take care of my worst enemy !!! unprofessional inconsiderate of the patient give you nothing but the runaround all they care about is insurance money!!!!!!!!!!! Only reason giving one star negative stars was not an option!!!
