Showed up 3 hours later than promised with out any of the material to do the job. One guy left to go pick up the material the other guy talked on his phone the whole time he was here.
Lost a day of work on top of what it cost for this project.

I went in today to buy paint for my bathroom. The fellow working in the paint department was very helpful and friendly. He answered all the questions I had about the paint I needed. I'll be sure to go back to Lowes for paint.

I was looking for a Bosch dishwasher and found one I liked at a local store.
I searched the Internet and found out Lowe’s was running a sale on that specific dishwasher.
I purchased the dishwasher form Lowes and receive my email that it was purchased. The email said they would have it ready for pickup in three hours.
Several hours later nothing had happened. I checked emails and Lowe’s had canceled my order. I received a voicemail from Lowe’s to call them which I did.
Their system would not sell me the dishwasher as it was listed. They had two in the store. One was their demo, the other was one that had been returned damaged. They asked me to come in and they could special order it and have it come in. When I spoke with them on the phone, they said they could do it over the phone, but then for some reason they could not (their computer system thru Corporate!), and I had to go into the store as they could not sell me the unit that was advertised and the one I wanted. The supervisor of the area, thru the nice young lady on the phone, said I needed to come in and they would work out a deal for me on one of the other units that they had in the store, if they couldn't get mine ordered. The next day I went into the store and went to the appliances. The sales people had heard about the difficulty I had with trying to buy the specific Bosch unit. I told the sales people I still wanted a Bosch and they showed me what they had. I told them what specifically I wanted in one and which other unit was similar, which they could order And I asked what type of deal they could work out because the other one was on sale and had such a good percentage off on it all they could do is offer me $100, if I opened up a credit card. All they could give me was $100 off the regular price of their other Dishwasher.
After being there for a while, looking at what they had and talking to several different people I just told them I was not interested in opening up a charge card and I would think about it.
I made a phone call to another store that I was looking at purchasing the same unit that Lowe’s had advertised and they would actually do a price match on it. Over the phone and on the Internet, I purchased the unit I wanted, for the sale price that was at Lowe’s. Exact same unit that Lowe’s could not give me.
To me, it looks like Lowe’s was just doing a bait and switch. Tell you they have something that’s really good and then when you go in, try to get you to switch to something else.
The pickup counter lady who called was very pleasant to deal with. Staff in the department were also nice.
But Lowes really needs to fix their ordering system, as the current one is not trustworthy.
I recommend taking Lowe's advertise item and purchasing it from an ad-matching store use to handling appliances.

We bought a Kitchenaid 26.8 French Door Refrigerator in July & still don’t have Ice. Been out here 3 times & they only were here 5-10 minutes. Around 5:30 PM twice; guess they were ready to go home. I called to schedule another appointment & I called 3 times & held 15 minutes each time. This is a load of Bullshit. We need it fixed🤬

Tried to place an order multiple times. Every time I clicked place order it kicked me out, and made me reset my password.
Then was told my order would be here today, waited all day, when I called they acted as if they knew nothing about the order and now it won’t be here for another 5 days. Complete waste of time and horrible experience.
The people on the phone were nice and tried to be helpful, that’s the only positive about the whole experience.

Started off pretty bad. Asked for a shop fan, the lady said that they didn't have any. Started to leave and whoops, there they are. Sold me a fan that was on display though. Went in there today (7-25-2025) looking for just a dryer. Changed our minds and decided to buy both washer and dryer. The guy looked at us and never asked us if we needed help. Settled for a scratch and dent dryer.

The Owensboro store was really nice. The lady michelle in tile was amazing she helped us match and find the perfect price option for us. She was absolutely amazing and couldnt ask for a better helping hand!!!
