Would it hurt staff members to greet customers? A few were willing to help, but most were willing to walk by giving the impression that they don't want to be disturbed

This is a store suffering for poor management. Many of the employees are great, very helpful. But they're saddled with a manager or management system that just doesn't care about the customers' experience. I was searching for a motion light about a year ago. Half the lights on display had no price or identifying information. Impossible to know which light on the shelves corresponded to lights on display. I made a complaint at the customer service desk and 1 year later it's exactly the same. The employees I spoke to today indicated the manager doesn't care. I believe it. It would take an employee maybe a couple of hours to fix it. I can't believe no one else has complained about this in the last year.

Deserves ZERO stars. Do not purchase any major appliances from Lowe's!!! Dealing with a nightmare at the moment with the fridge I purchased 8/12/24. Lowe's will not replace or refund as it's still under manufacture warranty. Their contracting company BM Electronics is a joke, the tech deemed the fridge unrepairable 3/9/25 and failed to follow through with Frigidaire so here it is 3/19 and I'm still without a working refrigerator. I was advised today it would take 7-10 business days for Frigidaire to contact me. So now I will be going on 3-4 weeks without a working fridge!!!!!! It's not my fault the fridge was defective and it's not even a year old. How am I expected to not have a fridge for a month???? Do better Lowe's and find a better contracting company because BM Electronics is absolutely terrible!!!!!!

Do not take the reviews lightly on the appliance delivery. I wish I would’ve considered all the negative reviews about Lowes appliances. It is a disaster and Lowes will waste your time and money. I genuinely believe they have more problematic appliance deliveries than successful ones. Beware of it. Use a smaller company who will actually answer the phone and make it right for you on a damaged product. I have a couple hours into this today and lowes has wasted my time and makes it extremely difficult to get a replacement. On top of this. They delivered my refrigerator at 9pm last night. 5.5 hours after the window.

Don't buy anything from the lowes. We just purchased the refrigerator last week. It was a default piece, so I went to lowes to replace it. First I went to front counter, the cashier gave me the wrong hisense customer number. So I went again next day, they told me to me to go back at appliance counter. I waited 10 minutes over there and the guy came and told me to call hisense customer service again. And he disappeared. They said they can't do anything to help me out besides to call the customer service. I called the hisense customer service and claim the report and they emailed me that no service technician available this week. Even the employees didn't care about to help me out from this. I am not going back again...

I'm just wondering why Lowe's is using flock a.i. surveillance cameras to track their customers. Flock cameras read your license plate every time you enter Lowe's parking lot. That's what the little black boxes with a solar panel are. They are at both entrances. So every time you pull in Lowe's your license plate is documented in the flock camera system. It also uses a.i. to scan ur car for color make model even if it has dents. This information is shared with the flock data base that can be used by law enforcement to track your car anywhere in the United States. All they have to do is put in your license plate number and they know everywhere you have been. If your unsure about what I'm saying just research flock security cameras. They are all over town. Being used by local law enforcement. Flock cameras also have real time communication with law enforcement vehicles. This lets them know if you have expired tags, no insurance, etc. So every time you see that camera with a little solar panel remember you just got documented by flock!

Once again, I'm walking out of the Owensboro Lowe's mad. Nobody could be bothered to help customers with mixing paint. They made TWO announcements for a code 3 at the paint counter. Several employees standing in different areas of the store, having a nice chat. Pathetic.

Overall I always have a good experience at Lowes. My only suggestion would be a little more training of employees who deal with speacial orders and pricing.

Self check outs are a bad idea

There aren't any registers up front anymore. It's all self check unless you go to lumber. What a crock. Half of the product doesn't have a bar code. Big corporations do not care about consumers, and this proves it. It's garbage that customers have to check themselves out so corporate big wigs can get a bigger bonus.
