Alot of new associates, don't seemed to be very informed about plans. Be leary of one particular associate named "Lonnie". Young girl from Indiana,she works at the store on 18th street. She will tell a lie in a minute to make s sale. She's not trustworthy. Won't deal with her anymore . I feel like I got taken for a ride and then was told there wasn't anything I could do about it.

The techs were awesome and really tried to help me but the metro service is horrible. I would not recommend this provider to anyone. I can not receive incoming calls most of the time. People receive a busy signal when trying to call me. I have bought an entirely different phone, no help, metro admits the problem is on there end and tells me when people call me their calls are bouncing to other towers. This has been going on for two months now and they still have not resolved the issue and when I call customer service they act as if I should just continue waiting and paying them for service that can't be used.

Have a stylo2 had to send it back got it back a week ago getting hot tried changed battery still got hot ask if. I could get a nother kind of phone only if i pay full price. Thinking about going to boost

I am not a metro customer, just had a phone from that service and needed unlocked .. the employees were so nice and understanding. And before I left, I was proven the fact that I am totally being ripped off in my plan I've had for years now! Definitely going back!
