I would not recommend getting your taxes done here. Yea $60 is great to pay to have your taxes done but you get what you pay for. I haven’t got my tax return back I know covid has caused complications and the IRS is hard to get a hold of. Well don’t anticipate them to respond when you ask for help on next steps or further documents that you need. I have texted called and will get no response. I was given a IRS number that didn’t work and then it wasn’t her problem after that if that didn’t work. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I lack knowledge of the documents I actually needed and then they don’t know how to help you if your tax information isn’t tracked in the where’s my refund site.

Sandy is great! I've never had any problems since she's been doing my taxes and its been since 2014! Her prices are very very reasonable and they have barely gone up since i began with her.

It takes weeks for them to get your taxes done. I could do it myself or take it somewhere else to have it done the same day I was just teying to save time for myself. I will never do my taxes through this service again.
