I had used Pak Mail on Fairview Drive in the past because it’s close to my home but the man there was always rude and hateful. At the recommendation of a friend I went to Package Plus on 18th and they were great! So friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and fast! I’ll never go anywhere else! Great customer serve, thank you!

Employees aren't trained on the rules of the shippers. All I got was come back Monday and ask the owner. If you can't call someone that has answers you don't need to work there! I won't be back!!!!

They lost my package and refused to even look for it. Told me to go to usps and file a complaint with them but usps never recieved the package from them to begin with.
