I’ve used this place multiple times for my moving business and there is always an issue. Sometimes small, such as not having the blankets that was paid for or the truck showing up a couple hours late, or bad tires but sometimes the issue is big like what occurred this last time…We were doing a move to Green Bay, WisconsinWe reserved two trucks at 8am.They had only had one truck there. They didn’t know when the other was going to arrive. They called me later and told me the truck arrived but they would be closing down the office from 10:30-12 (their hours are posted 8a-5p Monday-Friday. Penske headquarters in Evansville didn’t know they would be closed during this time.)So they asked me if I wanted to pickup the truck before or after 10:30 I said definitely before! So they give me an hour heads up. I get there at 10:15 the office is already locked with no employee cars in sight. This leads me to believe they are already gone until noon. Our guys have an 11 hour trip and are expected to be on the road by noon!The office door had a note on it saying they must be helping a customer in the lot. I waited until 11am, 45 minutes later, with the office still not opening up and no one in sight. They did not call to let me know the office would closing earlier and they didn’t leave a personal number to call when I arrived. They knew I was coming and left me hanging.I was also stuck finding rides all day while the other guys continued to work on the customer’s hourly paid moving job, leaving them a guy short all morning.When They opened up the office, I asked what happened? The employee was clueless as if nothing was wrong. I was beyond myself at the disregard for customer service.…To add fuel to the fire I missed my newborn’s first doctor’s appointment that afternoon and was scrambling to pick up my wife to drop her off for the the appointment bc she couldn’t drive after recently giving birth.The Penske trucks and road side assistance are what bring me back, my hope is that the management and team can come together and raise their standards of customer service.

Neaver rent from this place They have the worst customer service and they don't worry about the people or customers I talk to a guy on the phone told him the truck was broke down and that it was not in a. Good area in Nashville Tennessee and he told me that it was not his problem that they could not give me a truck then after talking to about 11 more people I might have got some where been broke down since about 4 o'clock and still to this time at 8:29 PM I have still not got a truck I am still waiting from Penske truck rental
