“Nations pharmacy is the best pharmacy I've been to since I moved to Owensboro 2 years ago. Nations pharmacy has been a professional, pleasant pharmacy to work with. All the staff has been incredible to work with.Tried to work with Walgreens pharmacy on Frederica and the staff there is absolutely horrible and rude. I don't know if the store or the pharmacists are aware of just how horrible the assistants in the pharmacy are. Even the other Walgreen pharmacies were very nice and helpful but just that particular pharmacy on Frederica is horrible.”
“I honestly love the service you receive here. The staff are terrific and very professional. The only hiccup I experienced was I got shorted one out of 70 of my strips. Normally that wouldn't have been an issue BUT the medicine I take is very time based. And I can't just miss one or take a half dose to same enough for the next day. It's very precise. And it's a controlled substance so you know they're gonna be like yea okay we "shorted you" still I just had to take the L. Other than that, great pharmacy. Love the place.”
“I love being able to use the app to start the pump and pay for gas without having to swipe a card let alone 2 cards! Just open the app and scan the Qr code and pick the card yku want to pay for it with in your Sam's club account and pump your gas. You will get an email receipt and can always see them in previous purchases.”
“I prefer this location over Evansville hands down. Staff is friendlier, service is faster, and even if it’s busy; you’re always treated as if you’re the only customer there. They know you by first name, (even tho I can’t remember theirs) they will stay open late and wait for you if they have to, they’ve even delivered my medicine to me when I was at work before and once IN THE SNOW just because they had closed early and knew I was gonna need it! Talk about customer service!!!! Never will I ever go to Walgreens or Kroger…….It’s Lincoln for us, locally owned and they treat you like family!!”

“Best Kroger in town!EDIT: I left the stars for the experience I had at the time. This store has always been old and run down and I overlooked that because I really enjoyed and appreciated the employees. That has definitely changed. Johanna is an angry person, ?ALL?THE?TIME? ! She's rude and is very comfortable cursing in front of customers and talking horribly about them. The management is aware and corporate has been notified. I will continue to report her until she either changes her disgusting attitude or she's fired. Period.”
“We have been coming to this pharmacy for a long time but I have to say that today was a very pleasant experience. SUZANNE (I hope I got the spelling correct!) was friendly and appeared happy, which made our experience happy. She helped get medication situated for us very quickly and interacted with my 3 year old. We need more smiling people to spread joy like this! Thank you!”

Sometimes in the middle of getting your order and slowing down service times and most of the time it's not your order she's angry about. I gave her a 4 because than that her and the others are above and beyond fantastic. Would recommend to a friend.”

“Kroger on Frederica and Starlite are both ok if you shop inside. The pick up service not so great. The app doesn't always work and with the telephone number no longer available your at the mercy of contacting an associate or walking in for assistance. Both Kroger's are doing this now. This service was useful for so many local shoppers of age and/or disability. The most friendly Kroger in Owensboro is on 60 East. This store is also the cleanest. They do not have a pick up service but it's easily to manage due to the smaller size. Their produce section is absolutely the best hands down.”
