I am rewriting this review. Only part of it posted for some reason. Back in early May I stopped in for a simple battery change. The gentleman in charge of Jewelry was not there. A nice lady who makes jewelry gave it a shot and got it done in just a few minutes. However, I waited 30 minutes simply to check out. The lady at the register complained that she was supposed to be off work 20 min ago and made it clear she wasn't staying longer. Another lady took over, but spent 20 odd minutes working with an individual selling clothes on consignment (I guess). All I wanted to do was pay for my watch battery and leave. Great customer service at jewelry, not so much at the register.

It's like a new store now. It's clean. Not overstuffed. Smells better. Staff is friendly since they changed staff.

Complete waste of time. Went at 7:50PM and they close at 9PM they said they were no longer checking out clothes for the night...all because they don't want to work. The store was EMPTY. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND COMPLETELY RIP PEOPLE OFF!

I love the atmosphere of Plato’s Closet. There is always someone to help you and welcome you when you open the door. I also like the pricing for their clothes and shoes. This is my go to store.

Don’t go there! They leave you waiting for a while( while they work on other’s items, than only give you a low,low offer on your items! Ridiculous!! Only very few friendly workers.

They are a complete joke. They advertise that they buy stuff but they only give you a couple bucks if they take any of your stuff at all. I wouldn't go back there if they offered to pay me.

l love the store but I brought some clothing into the store to sell and had name brand items in the box, like a new pair of American Eagle jeans, and they didn’t accept any of it. But yet they’ll take an employee Baskin Robbins ice cream shirt. The whole selling process makes no sense to me. Also the employees are rude as can be.

Theifs work there. Stole 1yr to 5 yr little boy money has no mom and very little of anything. U will get Karna back to u ladies. Think about what u choice before u do something just cuz u a group. Sometimes u should parteke in any group activities.
