I switched from State Farm and joined the Allstate team recently. Best financial decision I've made in a while and one showing notable difference directly. They were professional, and in taking the time I got the policy I've been deserving fairly. Relief. Thats what I get also.

Does not stand up for his customers never even had an adjuster come out and look at a busted pipe denied the claim what kind of insurance agent does that when the pipe was inside the wall. Beware of Allstate read all the fine print or should I say less of they also depreciate your roof if you have Allstate get away from them.

I was in a car accident over a year ago now and a few months ago, I was needing the claim number and some basic information to share with the hospitals and healthcare facilities. I called and left multiple voicemails months ago to which my calls were never returned (still haven’t been). Recently, I needed an updated insurance card for my information and called for this. My call was not answered yet again. I no longer live in Owensboro so my father went into the office to talk to them. As soon as he mentioned that I had left multiple voicemails over the past few months where I did not receive ANY follow up information on, the woman working (not sure of her name, wish I could include in this review) immediately got defensive and responded “people say that all the time.” … If many people are having this issue, why would you not look into this? Also, why would your first response to be to blame the person complaining about the poor level of service? My call has still not been returned. This is an EXTREMELY poor level of service, especially considering the cost. We have switched agents and have no intention on ever going back. I would get insurance from Petsmart or Taco Bell before I got insurance through them again.Notice how all of the high-rated reviews are from 6-months+ ago. Now that Kirsten no longer works there, the customer service is essentially non-existent. Big fan of Kirsten, not of the office or the agent himself.
