until now I would have. I just completed a survey and gave 10s. NOT NOW. placed order for 2 items to be delivered. charged for both, only sent one. no emails nothing on the other item I ordered. I emailed told me they'd get to me when they could. so when I go in the store. do I tell them I'll pay for some item and the other when I have a chance? have tried to place order to pick up. said they are filled for next day. ok so what about the day after tomorrow. if you can't do what you offer then dont offer services.

All in all I like shopping here. The selection is good and sometimes I find items I don't see at other stores. The only negative experiences have been with some of the checkout clerks. I'd say at least half of my trips there have been met with 'attitude' from the checkout clerks, meaning the clerk obviously is wanting to be somewhere else and doesn't hide that. Suggestion to Sam's, train your staff the fine art of customer service.

I got a chicken today from the Owensboro Kentucky store it still had feathers in it. The lady gave my money back but wouldn’t even let me talk to a manager. Very disappointed

When I shop at a store where I am paying for the privilege of being a customer I expect the customer service to be attentive, courteous and to strive to provide the best shopping experience possible. We were visiting family in Owensboro this weekend so I decided to see if this small town Sams Club could do what the THREE clubs in the Nashville area failed to do (almost resulting in my family canceling our membership and never shopping here again). Before I explain let me start by saying Tammy at the service desk in Owensboro was not only friendly and personable, she took particular personal attention to filling my order and making sure I got exactly what I wanted. The service she provided was a breath of fresh air after dealing with the aforementioned stores in Nashville. For three months I have been trying to get a case of Cafe pizza dough. We were planning a "make your own pizza" party but making that much dough in a home kitchen can be quite difficult. Using our Sams app we found a case of dough and ordered online as usual. To say the Nashville stores fell short of fulfilling our order is an understatement. When we arrived at the scheduled time to pick up our order we decided to walk around the store a bit before picking the order up. As we were browsing we got a text saying our order had been cancelled. Keep in mind it takes us 30 minutes to get to the Hendersonville location. When we approached the online order pickup desk the clerk told us that they didn't have any in stock. She called the cafe manager who claimed she didn't have any but had ordered it and it would be there in a couple days. She said we should call back in a few days to see if it has arrived. Somewhat disappointed, but understanding we did as requested. Now I'm not going to stretch out an already long review, but let's just say over the course of three months we were repeatedly lied to, misinformed and experienced a level of uncaring service rarely seen in the retail industry. We were repeatedly told "We have none in stock, but have it ordered" , "We are no longer carrying this item", "We still carry this item but have none in stock and none ordered" (after months of hearing it was on order), "we can make a special order for you, expect a call in a few days" " we don't do special orders" .... you see my point. I should be noted that this entire time the item was still shown online as in stock yet after three months of trying we still had not gotten our pizza dough. It became a mission to see if it even existed. The Customer Service employees at Hendersonville Tn location really need to do some soul searching and decide if actually serving the customer (as implied by their job title) is something they are capable of doing. So while visiting Owensboro we giggled as we made the same exact online order that we made at the three Nashville locations. Imagine our surprise when the next morning we got a text saying our order had been filled and was ready for pickup. When we arrived at the counter, Tammy called to the back to have our case brought to the front. You can imagine how disappointing it was when the wrong box was brought up. "Here we go again".... and we had already paid, so let's get our refund and give up.... When we told Tammy it was the wrong item, she looked at the box and said "I didn't think it was the right box"" I personally put that pink box on the rack" ( PINK BOX !!! That's the one we have been trying to get all these months!!!) She called to the back and low and behold the clerk arrived with our pink box of dough. Imagine how happy we were. We have been customers of Sams for 20 years and we're on the verge of canceling our membership. Thank You Owensboro Sams Club and especially Tammy for excellent service and the personal attention to making sure we got exactly what we ordered. The pizzas turned out great
