“I went there with my friend Chuck Watson on account of his wife lied about paying the bill, and it was several months behind.
Jody was there to help out. She made everything so easy. She was the best. She even changed the lock, and the gate code so my dudes trifullin wife can't get in anymore. Was the best service I ever seen!”

Sierra walked my mother through everything from her gate code to walking her to the unit and making sure she knew how to lock her door properly! Thank you again Sierra!!!!”
“I went to the facility because of damage from a hailstorm. They had tables and chairs set up in the loading area. There was a person that took me to my unit. He took pictures and explained the process to me. Other employees came to help. they repacked some items that were in wet boxes. I was able to use a cargo van to take some items to my house. the employees loaded the van, loaded the items i left in storage into a U-Box and discarded all of the trash. I was amazed at how organized and helpful everyone was. I will recommend U-Haul to my friends. Thank you for your help in this time of need.”

“I have to say this was such an easy choice. Simple and the only choice if you are anything like me, super busy and just don't have time in your life, I made 1 phone call, and Mathew made it so easy for me, he did all the research and not only did he find the cheapest place in town, but he found the nearest location to where I was, I was so stressed from my super busy schedule but he gave me such relief and it was so quick and easy, I highly recommend this place, and the worker Matthew who helped me, from now on this is the only place I go threw .... 10 outta 10 all day”

“Tried to enter gate with my code it wouldn’t work it was after hours so I couldn’t get through to anybody to did the problem. So I had a truck load of furniture that had to be unloaded so I had to go rent another unit somewhere else when I contacted them about the problem they were very good about taking care of the problem. They canceled my contract and refunded my money in less than 24hours. They were great I would highly recommend them.”

“I needed storage for about a year. I was able to book online, received instructions arrived and stored everything, when I cleaned it out I texted the number with a pic of the unit and that was it. Absolutely boring transaction and everything is as advertised which is exactly what you want in storage. I will use this place again if I ever need storage in the area.”
