Neatly arranged. Prices clearly marked. Departments easily identified. Staff willing to be of customer assistance. Greeted when you walk in and thanked for your purchase when checking out. Easy to shop and find what you are looking for. No feeling of being rushed.

My family and I came to Shoe Dept. Encore for the 1st time for back to school. My daughter was fixing the shoes on the shelves while my son was trying on shoes and one of the staff a boy started making fun of my daughter right in front of us. He was making it so obvious and loud with other coworkers giggling saying who does this and other very rude comments. I confronted him with the manager and the manager had to make him go to the back of the store because he was still being rude. I will not shop at this store again. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful staff.

I called the store because I was searching for a particular brand of shoe as other stores were sold out. The store manager, Alisha, told me that she had just received stock and was actually unpacking the shoes now. I arrived a few minutes later and she let me try them on as she was taking them out of the boxes. They worked perfectly! She was so helpful and so was her staff! She put a price tag on them and I left a happy customer. Thank you!

Nice new store with helpful staff. Unfortunately for me, it seems like the focus is more on boots and dress shoes for men. Sneaker selection is dated and not for the trendy person.
