Not professional and totally screwed up my mobile contract. Be aware that they will charge you 25% restocking fee even if you return the phone in a few hours and not touch anything on the phone. I did not sign any contract and was not told about the contract details. Too gamer dudes talking about nothing waiting to just go home on a Friday night. Be aware. Going to your district manager. I am an autitor, and we will see about this.

Understaffed to begin with. The guy was having a bad day or something and was not friendly or willing to help by any means. Went to ask a question //about signing in// because I was picking up a box for my fiance and he immediately starts getting irritated with me (loudly) for not signing in before even listening to me. None of the other customers here at the time I was were happy either with the way things where being taken care of. The wait wouldn't have been a problem if it wasn't introduced with a horrible attitude from staff.

The service tech was very helpful with my needs. I’m happy that I stopped in. It’s the best place to get Internet and phone services.

Went there just to turn in my my wireless router. Only had 1 employee working. I was 4th in line and the guy that was 2nd in line told me he was going on 2 hours of wait time. Horrible setup.

Other than the guy sitting behind the computer, probably playing a game of some sorts, not paying attention - it was a complete waste of my time. All I wanted to do was return some equipment and if course it turned into a sales pitch about phone service. I should have just dropped all of it off at UPS or something. Kept everything in the boxes that they arrived in and all the boxes were tossed to the side like trash, so don’t save any boxes just take equipment ONLY. SMH

Would not help me with a problem I had when I called to get my service set up. They told me to call in to the number that didn't get it right. Why have a store here if they won't help you.

Although a bit busy, I was impressed with the service I received. The agent quickly set me and my family up with new mobile service and even found a way to lower our internet bill - that's what I call above and beyond service. I would suggest that incoming customers make an appointment before visiting, as this is a very busy store.

Associates at this store aren’t helpful. Swapped to spectrum mobile and it’s been the most horrible process to swap to their provider. I spent hours on the phone with spectrum. Was told to come into a local store just to be told something else. It shouldn’t be this hard at all to get phone service. Wasted my time.
