The staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and that I found the perfect device and plan for my 6 kids. Terrible experience at the store!!was informed of a deal for the iPhone 14 promax and pro. My wife and I both upgraded our phones with a trade-in that they sold to us now they want me to pay for the phone as if it were new and did not apply the credit that they told us we were going to receive.Would not trust what the employees there specifically Jimmy, or anyone else would sayAnd some may think I am exaggerating, or coming up with lies but a lady in front of me was having the same issue and got no results. This is ridiculous.If I could, I would leave a zero star experience and review due to the lies that they told us and the experience that I have had with T-Mobile, and specifically this store

Don't fall for the 14 day free trial!! We did it, product didn't work for us. Took it back the next day. Now we have a collection agency coming after us for over 60 dollars. The store tells us to call the toll free number who, in turn, tells us to go back to the store. Customer service won't talk to us without a PIN number which we never got. We went to them thinking about moving 4 lines over from Verizon. So glad we didn't make that move right off the bat!

Switched from cricket, 5g pretty much everywhere $50 a month for unlimited high speed 5g better than spectrum and att. Take advantage of the offer while it last

Alot of these 5 star ratings given are employees of that store and surrounding T-mobile stores. They must be desperate for good ratings even the district manager of that store posted a 5 star rating. (He reminded me of a red dead redemption character) ok then. ?
