Extremely unprofessional selling practices. I was sold an art piece online with incorrect measurements which resulted in a custom frame that would not fit the piece. Seller was unremorseful about their incorrect measurements and not willing to help in any way shape or form.

On Monday I dropped off a huge Christmas puzzle (1,000 pc). I explained that my 92 year old Granny had worked and signed it and that it was much more than a picture but a treasured/memorable piece that I intended to display at Christmas for years to come. The young lady that waited on me was so sweet and kind and said they would have it ready for me just in time for Christmas, that was more than I could ask for beings I had brought it in so late. Yesterday afternoon, they called and said my picture was ready for pickup. Studio 105 absolutely made my Christmas!!! Thank you for making this Christmas extra special, my family will enjoy this piece forever, thanks to you all. God Bless and Merry Christmas!!

I have had 2 items framed here and I could not be happier with how they turned out. The staff is super friendly and will go out of their way to make sure you're happy with the work to be done. This is the only place I will take things to have framed.
