In my effort to find someone that would help me find a vehicle, Crystal has been fantastic! She’s been the only one from any place to sit and listen and be willing to fight for me! I will for sure be going back in the future for more help from her!!

Biggest piece of junk I ever owned. They still trying to collect on what I owed plus the new value after I rebuilt the undercarriage and wheels from the axles out!!!Reply to the Owner of Superior Auto.I would not consider that unless you remove the collection notice from my credit reports. All 3 of them! Because of your fraudulent collection reporting, no one else will talk with me about selling me a car. They claim I still own that piece of junk! Selling a car as is is one thing. But your company doctored up the suspension damage so bad that you are guilty of so many lemon law violations you could lose your license. You got it back in almost 200% better shape than when sold to me. So I know you probably made more than what you sold it to me for and claim I still owe. ($11,000+ on a 2005!!!) No I don't plan on ever buying anything from you again.

Signed the lease, i specifically told them that i would not be giving them money from my yearly tax return (if i got a refund at some point), i was very clear about this and they said they understood. So then "tax season" rolls around, and i start getting multiple texts and phone calls "reminding" me to hand my tax refund over to them. I respond to both texts and calls by reminding them that i refused at signing to give them my tax refund (i don't get a refund, but that's beside the point and not their business). Their response at first, "show us your tax papers so we can see you didn't get a refund". No. My personal documents, and you don't have a right to them. I don't have to prove anything when i refused this so-called option of handing over a tax refund outright from the very beginning. Then: "well, maybe we can raise your payment or redo the loan and add that amount in". No. Flat out no. You're not increasing my loan amount and monthly payment based on a yearly tax refund that i refused to offer from the beginning. Finally, after having this same conversation again and again for weeks, the texts and calls stopped for a few weeks. Then my mother locked the keys in the car, we called SA because we know they have an extra set of keys, just to ask if they would be helpful and unlock the car. At first they were friendly and said they'd call back in 10 minutes or so once they find the keys. Barely five minutes pass, before they call back. I'm thinking oh that's fast, I'm so appreciative...only for them to instead ask for my tax refund. Or a copy of my tax papers to prove that i didn't get a refund. I'm blindsided, but i guess i shouldn't have been. So i go through the whole explanation again. Guy says he understsnds, and he's looking for the keys, and we hangup. We wait awhile, no call backs. So we call again, and now the attitude has completely changed, they're blatantly no longer willing to help, and just give some flippant response that if they find the keys MAYBE they'll show up. Spoiler alert, they did not. Not even just a call back at any point for the rest of the night. Thankfully i read their attitude loud and clear with their "maybe", and called my insurance company instead of waiting around for nothing. Steve from Tally's showed up in less than 30 minutes and had the car open like a pro, and he was super friendly too. He didn't demand money or my tax papers, and was still willing to help. It was refreshing lol if SA had just said no, we won't do that--i would have respected that response and moved on. But to try to turn the whole thing into a demand for money, or leverage to try to raise my monthly payment, or holding help hostage for personal documents they have no claim on...I mean, need i go on (and on)?Edit: to add, another call where they said i can either give them my tax refund or documents, or give them my car. Though i refused to do this when signing and made that clear to the salesperson (she looked me right in the face and said she understood), apparently they entered it in their system anyway and lied right to my face that they wouldn't. They apologized on the phone for lying, but still demanded the tax refund, or the car...but they are just trying to help according to them. Just be aware, they consider lying and harassment as helping.

Don't buy from here falica, and crystal both lied and said they didn't tell us they had to plug a tire and we have proof of it. Son rim had crack in it and they try to say we ran over nail so they have to plug it, told us it was done they got it plugged at ez buy auto sales called them and they said never plugged the tire so they knew bout the crack and said we ran over nail. So now they want us to pay for a rim they knew bout and try to cover up. I understand buying a used car there is problem but to try lie and cover it up. But got it recorded. I would like to speak to someone but sales people will not provide us with a way to reach someone other then the 2 lairs they got working there Felicia and crystal Merritt

DO NOT GO HERE!! Jenny is very rude and unprofessional. She told me to just hang up cause she didn’t like what I had to say. Very very UNPROFESSIONAL! She said name one car lot that will help when someone is having a hard time. We’ve had NOTHING but trouble with them. Very white trash.

Superior Auto treated us like we were special. They took the time to listen and understand what we needed not just what they could sell us. We had been to every lot in town, very sorry we wasted our time at the rest of them when looking for a good used vehicle.

My husband and I just moved to Owensboro, KY from Hawai’i and in short, the general manager and his sales representative that worked with my husband are phenomenal! They are very patient, willing to go the extra mile for every customer, and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely recommend Superior Auto to anyone looking for a vehicle! Mahalo Nui!
