These good folks found and solved a problem in less than 5 minutes which spanned 3 years at other locations. The corporate office experienced instant anemia, and was unable to provide help. These folks have their act together. Thanks again so much.

I took a completely fine working propane tank to get refilled last night. First thing, the guys filling the propane tank had no idea what they was doing and waited about 30 mins for them to figure out how to fill up the propane tank. Once I got home and hooked up the propane tank the knobb to release the propane was so tight I couldn't even loosen it with a tool. So I waited till the next day to take it back to the store for them to loosen it up. Well once I got to the store they brought a guy out to try and loosen it and he couldn't so he went and got a tool and began trying to loosen it with the tool but realized he wasn't doing anything but stripping the valve, so now its damaged and useless. After that no one in the store knew what to do so they got the store manager involved, she has no customer service at ALL!!! Basically her SMART suggestion was "refund me the propane they put in it and go pay for a new one to switch it out, because it worked when we filled it up so its not our responsibility now, even though our employee stripped it and broke it, it's not or fault it's you!"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!!!STORE MANAGER DISRESPECTFUL INFRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS AND VERY RUDE!WILL NOT SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!THE STORE MANAGER DEFINITELY NOT QUALIFIED FOR MANAGEMENT!!!!

Staff was extremely rude upon entering the store. Manager on duty Veterans Day was also rude when asking for assistance. Worst experience shopping that I have ever encountered. Will not be shopping there again. I would have put a 0 star if it would allow. 1 star is not my rating even.

Update*** 9/7/2022, Got a reply from the company to call this 877 number to talk to the customer service representative for the company about my experience with the store. So I just called them and after going through the long list of options to select (none that helped me), I selected the option to speak to a representative. After being told my wait time was a minute and that my call was important, my call then gets disconnected. So I’m done with this place. Not only do they charge more for an item than the tag says, they hang up on me when they tell me to call them. I’d give no stars if Google would let me. Unbelievable!!!I bought 2 hats that had one price on them and then when I checked out they had charged me a higher price for them. When I questioned why they charged more for them, the clerk said they don’t go with what the tag on the item says, they use another price and that I shouldn’t pay attention to the tags. This was first time I’ve ever been in this store and it’ll be the last. Buyer beware.
