U-Haul Moving & Storage of Owensboro
2815 West Parrish Avenue, Owensboro KY 42301
“Overall great experience ran late and the 2 guys that we’re working that day informed me that as long as I was there before closing to help me out, I got there, but then I had a E alert on my account and I had to call a number so everything‘s done after close and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The lady on the phone gave me a courtesy credit so I didn’t have to pay the nine dollar E charge and the guys never once made me feel like I was keeping them or that they were frustrated. They had to stay late and then upon returning the vehicle, I’d put gas in it but a little bit of a discrepancy it didn’t take it up so wanted to charge me $10 but I was 5 miles underneath the amount I paid for it and the return guy gave me that credited like 4-5 dollars not much but in the big picture it made me a customer for life. They employee simply said life is struggle right now we need to treat each other like humans that’s what I would hope this company would do for me. I’m sorry I don’t know any names honestly customer service doesn’t exist much anymore so for a place to have it caught me off guard All employees I dealt with were absolutly fantastic”

Self-Storage at U-Haul
2815 W Parrish Ave, Owensboro KY 42301
“I went to the facility because of damage from a hailstorm. They had tables and chairs set up in the loading area. There was a person that took me to my unit. He took pictures and explained the process to me. Other employees came to help. they repacked some items that were in wet boxes. I was able to use a cargo van to take some items to my house. the employees loaded the van, loaded the items i left in storage into a U-Box and discarded all of the trash. I was amazed at how organized and helpful everyone was. I will recommend U-Haul to my friends. Thank you for your help in this time of need.”

“Kept falling asleep in there parking lot. Love going on coma vacations, where i imagine a eating a thoroughbred steak with the pope. Shouldve chained myself up by the bicycle rack because i often find a car parked overtop of me. Not a good call, but highly reccommend pretend living your forbidden dream date for a few hours at a time.”
