Payed for Walmart plus and got to use it twice then they canceled my account for too many returns and guess what ? I never returned anything and they didn’t return my money that I payed for the Walmart plus, that’s not right !

Nobody knows how to answer a phone. I've called the auto center 3 times today waited 20mins for nobody to answer then called the actually store and sat and listen to the phone ring for 10mins.

Walmart on 54 in Owensboro ky has mostly great customer service and clean store. I shop there very frequently because this store stays stocked most of the time. Employees courteous and helpful

I don't mind shopping at this Walmart on days that they aren't too busy. I am elderly and have problems getting around and on the days of being busy I feel that I get in everybody's way. I must say though that there is a cashier that works there that is wonderful! We have had her check us out on 2 occasions now and she is so friendly and is just wonderful! Her name is Melody! Thank you Melody for being you!

Very disappointed with their delivery services. Ordered a delivery like I have many times before and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I got the runaround from them saying it would be delivered at this time, then later, and then later again. Turns out Walmart uses a third party for these orders and has no control over them. That’s unsettling to say the least. So we’ll see how long it takes to actually get my order, it’s been well over 24 hours since it’s estimated delivery time.

My mom placed an order for groceries at this WalMart, only for them to cancel our order just a few minutes after she confirmed it. And you guys have the audacity to hold our money for 10 days and not give us a reason why our order was canceled?! What is wrong with you??!!!
