Just want to recognize one of the employee that really show us that we are important. Kassie Ratliff thank you for explaining to my 6 year old son about his savings account. He wanted to open his own account so he can save up. Kassie was amazing , patient and make us feel like we can go back anytime. There's 1 or 2 staff that doesn't really care or rude it's just a job for them. Even though we didn't have thousand and thousands of dollars her treatment make me feel like a millionaire. Thank you again !!!

0 stars is not an option but 0 would be generous here! Absolute joke. Like actually comical. None of them at least at the Owenton branch ( especially Rita Power) and the Regional Manager Ray Lucas understand regulation or they do and are just greedy, either way the place is embarrassing. The FDIC agrees. As many messages as I have gotten from people who feel the same, anyone on here with an issue - call the FDIC directly!!! They are actually easier to get a hold of than the bank up the road and they know their stuff and are wonderful. This bank wouldn’t do the right thing if their life depended on it and we all should stop allowing them to make money off of ours. Get the word out!

Very rude people work here except for Debbie Gambrel. They act like you don't know what you are talking about.

A joke of a bank. What happen to our little hometown bank. Such a shame to see all those people moving out of that bank but i can’t really blame them. Rules don’t apply to the same as they should, just depends on who you get and what day. #thesigngetsbiggerserviceleaves.Hello Commonweath Credit Union.

First Farmer's Bank of Owenton, On behalf of the Owen County Relay for Life Steering Committee I want to thank you for your continued support of our efforts to eradicate cancer, assist survivors, and honor caregivers. Although these rough economic times have caused hardships for everyone, your bank has remained a pillar in our community and your unrelenting willingness to make a positive contribution has not gone unnoticed. We realize that it is the hard working employees of your company which set you apart, and we appreciate the eagerness of your employees to volunteer their time and employ their skills to help whenever needed. We have witnessed exceptional displays of leadership, professionalism, teamwork, and service from your staff in their fundraising efforts and team building. The team captain yearly rotation shows the dedication of your employees and as some teams drop in and out of Relay or put all the team responsibilities on one person, Farmer's Bank sets the precedent for loyalty and teamwork. We sincerely thank you for your Gold Level Sponsorship and for making this event possible. Thanks, Shanna Osborne Relay For Life Owen County Sponsorship Chair Special thanks to Shannon Ginn, Lacey Cobb, Pam Guy, Darryl Traylor, Dallas Stafford, and Frank Downing
