My mail is delivered by the Sharpsburg branch and we have constantly been getting delays on deliveries from them. Really wish that none of the companies would use them for deliveries!

I had a small package delivered to my work place. I could not find the package in the mail box so I waited a few days and looked again to no avail. I called the Owingsville Post Office and spoke to Joey who said he'd look into it. In the mean time, I asked our office coordinator if she had checked the mail lately and it still wasn't there, but....it was hiding in the front office. Someone HAD picked it up and it was set under a pile of papers. I tried to call the post office back to let them know to call off the search but the line was busy. Joey did call me back this afternoon to let me know he had not been able to locate the package. I told him what had happened. He was very pleasant and willing to help me solve the problem, even tho it wasn't even his problem! Thank you, Joey!

If you want an item delivered don’t order thru Amazon or other internet providers. Especially if it may not fit into your rural mail box. They lie and state a DELIVERY WAS ATTEMPTED at a time way before it would have been in reality.
This is ridiculous!! And don’t try to call …
More money for poor service.

Whoever is the head honcho of this place should really reconsider JESSICA! She is VERY rude and VERY unprofessional for customer service. She talks to you like you are stupid. Definitely lacks southern hospitality. I know quite a few others have even mentioned her rudeness. She definitely isn’t from KY. And it shows! The rest of the staff are BEYOND amazing. But unfortunately since she talked to me the with the tone and attitude the way she did, I will no longer be using owingsville post office. Get it together and get her gone! Division of postal service has already been notified.

Lost package & cannot get a hold of a human representative to help with my issue. The 1-800 keeps going on & on with menus & no operating help. I will go up to facility instead.
