Horrible customer service. Very rude and not willing to work with customers. I would even go as far as saying that the 2 gentleman who were in the store are very racist and unruley... I will never go into this store ever again...

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME I was in a hurry so I decided to go through Aaron's instead of another buisness I usually use cause it was closed and I'm always busy. Placed an order no problem paid my dollar and waited the three days to receive merchandise. Was in the middle of remodeling my laundry room so I messaged on chat and asked for dimensions of said washer and dryer so I could measure out correct distance and placement of pipes and electrical. My delivery never came the third day so I called the store online assigned me and spoke with someone who stated it would be another week in a half til I would receive because even though they said it was in stock online it was not. Stated they would try to get it sooner if possible. Then just hung up. I turned around after frustration and message the chat trying to find out why it was taking so much longer than stated. After already talking to me they decides since I was the wife and set it up under my husband's name I couldn't have delivery info. My husband gets on his phone attempts to message and they accuse him of being me because I used his phone to make the order and chat for dimensions and apparently my name saved from the previous chat 3 DAYS AGO and wouldn't even ask personal info nothing to verify just told my husband he wasn't the contract person (he was) because I had previously messaged. It gets worse!!!! So my husband gets on our laptop chats in again explains we are more than unsatisfied with the way we've been treated and guy opens claim to report the way we were handled/ talked to and that all we want is a decent delivery date for our family of 6. My husband receives a voicemail stating we will be delivered to Monday 4 days away no biggie that way better than expected! Monday comes we hear nothing and it's starting to get late my husband calls and they tell him they cancelled our order for not "being in delivery area" ? yes so after talking to 5 people through phone call/chat and receiving a delivery date they decided to not mention that ever even when address was stated several times. Not only that they didn't even have the never to call and let us know what was going on. I will NEVER do buisness with Aaron's after all this mess. Worst customer service I've ever received!
