We went to get a new phone today and Justin was there to assist us and he went above and beyond to help us. Everyone in there was very friendly and very professional. This location is 10x better than the mall location. This is how customer service should be! Thank you Justin for your help!

First time to the store yesterday, and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at any AT&T store. Gentlemen, dealt with was wonderful, well knowledged and was great at helping me save money. I definitely recommend the store to anyone.

I had been dealing with AT&T for about a week before coming to this location. A phone I had ordered came in the mail defective and every other location I visited before this one refused to help me. Frustrated and about ready to cancel my business with AT&T, I decided one last time to come to this location.Upon arriving, I met Trevon (spelling?) who was working up front behind the counter helping a handful of customers BY HIMSELF. Apparently, his only help went home for the day and he was there by himself trying to do the best job he could. Did he let this setback affect his work performance? Absolutely not. After helping the other customers, he tackled the problem that I had. He was very kind and efficient at helping me with my broken phone! We came up with a solution quickly within 20 minutes of my arrival!Even though I didn't get my phone fixed, he offered me a solution which was way more than what any other AT&T store had done at that point. I was 100% satisfied with what he told me, and felt at ease about my situation when I left.I seriously reccomend him a raise or promotion or something because employees like that are hard to come by. Thank you Trevon and I next time I want to buy a device or make any changes.. I'm coming to see you man! :D

This place is an Authorized Retailer of AT&T services, NOT OWNED OR EMPLOYED BY AT&T!! They will add lines to your account, will not tell you, and attach an installment for a new device on that line so that you cannot cancel it! I have seen so many horror stories coming from this store. I am an AT&T representative at the store on Hinkleville road, and we are the ONLY corporate owned store in this area! We have fixed so many issues caused by these authorized retailer stores. They will AND do lie to you! Please do not waste your time and just go to a corporate store from the start.

I ordered the iPhone 14 online and my order was cancelled. I called customer service and was told it was cancelled from a “late payment” that didn’t allow me to use my next up ability. I knew this wasn’t true. So I got into the store on Hinkleville. These people ask me to remove my phone case and screen protector (which is now ruined and needs to be replaced) so that they can inspect my phone and make sure it’s damage free for when I return it once I get my new phone. Shouldn’t have asked that because it’s not their problem. I sit for 30 minutes going through this process and get told everything looks good. Just to be told I can’t next up my phone because I have to make “80%” of my “36” payments. I knew that was bs because the next up guidelines are 50% regardless. I get my home, and my phone has 15/30 payments made in my app. My daughters iPad however has the 36 payments. So again, all that for them to not do their job properly. So today I go to the store across town. I’m in and out in I’d say 20 minutes top. With the phone I wanted ordered. No issues at all, and the guy that helped me was new and still got it done.
