Our acct was so messed and had been for over a year! Couldn't get anyone who could fix it. Until.... LIZ!!! And she was awesome!! Not only was she knowledgeable and helpful, she was patient and hospitable! Left the AT&T store 100% satisfied! Will not use anyone going forward!! Highly recommend using her!!!

At first when we came in got signed in and another man came up to ask if we was signed in and we said yes he then went to another gentleman and started to wait on him not check him in when he realized we noticed him waiting on someone else when we was before him he then came to us to start helping he then proceeded to not really help with anything and then told us the wrong info and got on the phone with someone else to talk about how a drawer was $40 something’s dollars difference and not helping us at all then a wonderful employee came over to help us by the name of Liz the other person who was horrible was Alec and he is a manager there if it wasn’t for her we would have left she was so wonderful helped us completely and found us the better deal y’all would be crazy to loose her but the manager you should lose he was horrible I’m a manager and if one of my managers talked about things that shouldn’t be talked about on the sales floor I shouldn’t know one of your drawers was off last night and then talking about employees as well might want to reconsider new management

The service guy switched my cell phone for cricket to At&t fiber optics maker phone faster because I don't share Internet speed with people around me fiber optics makes computer download speed faster and upload speed fast so I can out shoot you online in airplane game or call of duty games

Very helpful in getting me the phone I wanted when I arrived. Even offered me an alternative tablet when the one I wanted was not in stock, so I could walk out with both of my items that day.

Johan was absolutely phenomenal. He went above and beyond to help us out....even thinking outside the box of other ways to fix our problem. (Wireless charger when we couldn't get the phone to charge.)
The old phone hadn't been backed up to the cloud, but he was able to get us going so that we could get all of our priceless photos of our newborn baby back.
We left VERY satisfied.

Stopped in to have my iPhone restored from a NokiaC300. Employee did not restore WiFi and now I am unable to make or receive calls. My phone is dead.
