Real people answer the phone, real people answer questions through the online banking app, and *again* REAL people are there for you.I wanted to see what I could afford for a car so I started by going to Signet. I let them know my budget and they were able to tell me a good price range to stay around when car shopping. This helped tremendously & took out the guesswork. They also told me I could do the loan calculation on their website-this has saved me so much time. Also, all their rates are on their website-something that isn’t found on other bank/credit union’s websites.Overall, I feel like I’ve made friends with the people that handle my money, and that means something. No more cold, big ego, un-personal banks. I love Signet!”

“I use this location sometimes for an ATM stop. I especially like it because it's one of the few ATMs that dispense cash in $10 increments. It is fairly easy to get in and out of since there is a traffic signal at one the entrances/exits of the parking lot.”
“The Lone Oak Branch for Paducah Bank and Trust is a decent and convenient place to do business with friendly staff and helpful people. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible throughout. One thing that I don't like about this location or branch is that their ATM is not on site but in a grocery store parking lot not far from the branch.”

“This branch has been my main bank since 2005 and while they have had a lot of staff changes, the quality remains the same. The only thing that I’d say should be changed is to bring back the Saturday hours.”
“The only issue I've had with them isn't even their fault. I rarely have time to go in for things because of my work hours. But in person and on the phone they have been extremely helpful over the years, will continue banking here unless they somehow go downhill.
Mobile deposits show up within the hour for me and getting a mobile account unlocked over the phone 80 miles away took all of 1 minute on the phone. Not sure why it got locked out, but if the solution is that fast, I can't complain.”
