“The Lone Oak Branch for Paducah Bank and Trust is a decent and convenient place to do business with friendly staff and helpful people. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible throughout. One thing that I don't like about this location or branch is that their ATM is not on site but in a grocery store parking lot not far from the branch.”

“I use this location sometimes for an ATM stop. I especially like it because it's one of the few ATMs that dispense cash in $10 increments. It is fairly easy to get in and out of since there is a traffic signal at one the entrances/exits of the parking lot.”
“amazing bank. left my old bank (who i will not name) because they were horrible, rude, and would never help with checks or money depositing because as a server i frequently have to deposit big amounts.cfsb has been incredible since i walked in the door and i’ve never had a bad experience. never had issues with checks or my big deposits. always friendly and helpful. highly recommend!”
“My wife and I love this bank. We have our accounts here and my wife opened one with my daughter as well. Today my daughter found someone stole her debit card. She had it locked so no funds was stolen but she had to go to work so was unable to get a new one. Since my wife is on the account Amanda was able to issue a new card for my daughtet and my wife was able to pick it up for her. Most banks won't do this even if you are on the account they make the person that it goes too come in and that is sometimes hard to do with work. The only draw back I wish they would fix is opening on Saturday.”

“I banked with a local bank for the last 13 years. I recently opened up new accounts with Us Bank and yesterday was the last day to activate my new account by making a deposit. I got to the Lone Oak Road location at approximately 4:53 (right before they close). To my surprise the lobby was still unlocked and open. I hated to be in minutes before time for them to close but the woman enthusiastically greeted me and said it would be no problem to make the deposits. I was in there maybe less than two minutes and she had made two deposits for me and given me a temporary debit card that I did not ask for and had a new one expedited to my home address. All the while with a smile on her face. She was so friendly and kind. I believe her name plate said Ashley. I just wanted to applaud this young woman for her kindness and patience as well as her wonderful attitude. It really stood out to me how professional and kind she was. I think she was the friendliest teller I have ever met at a bank honestly.”

“This branch has been my main bank since 2005 and while they have had a lot of staff changes, the quality remains the same. The only thing that I’d say should be changed is to bring back the Saturday hours.”
