I use a power mobility device. The store clerk installed new batteries and did so in a timely manner. The battery pack is heavy so he unloaded it for me and placed it back when new batteries were installed.

Went in the store and I have allergies and first thing I smelled was cigarettes smoke and it choked me up! The agent Joshua was wonderful and I told him about the smell. Then I noticed a young lady that works there is in the back of the store holding the outside door wide open while she smokes! I had to hurry and get out of there! Ridiculous for her to do that! If you want to smoke at least close the door! Again Joshua took very good care of me and help me get out of there in a timely manner wonderful customer service. As far as the smoke from.the young lady unacceptable 😤 in my opinion! I have nothing against anyone that smokes, but if you at at location that is no smoking inside at least be respectful and close the door or while you smoke to he respectful. Instead if having your whole business smell like someone is smoking right there next to you!

Had battery and screen protector replaced. Professional attitude, prompt service. Have used in past and will use again. Highly recommend. My phone is an older model but they had the parts.

They completely ruined my iPhone 12 Mini that went in for a camera replacement
They replaced the camera but even when the camera glass is clean it looks like it has smudges all over it
They replaced the display that didn't even need replaced (I'm assuming they broke the screen trying to open it)
The said replaced display is horrible quality and now has a bigger bezel at the bottom of the screen and the display flickers white along with the display lifting from the frame on one side
Both replacement parts are not Apple Original
I'm very unsatisfied with the experience I had with this place and would not recommend anyone to bring any kind of electronics here for a repair

15 dollars for a battery that costs less than one dollar. This is ridiculous. I'm sure they are great for speciality batteries...but for fobs, just go to Amazon.
Responding to their response: It is a cr2032 battery...you aren't installing missile guidance. I will definitely try your store again if I need a speciality battery.

Had battery replaced in my iPhone. Good price. Quality work and fast service. Done in 1 hour. Also can find hard to find batteries and bulbs. Highly recommend! My phone battery is lasting all day now. Was only working a few hours.

They had my phone over a month. Said parts were on backorder and gave it back leadingme to believe it could not be repaired, unless I took it to a data extractor for 1000$ or more.i took it to fix iPhone in lone oak the had the parts. In three days w the phone fixed. I would never recommend this company to anyone
