Best Western Paducah Inn is noted for its very clean rooms and common areas. The staff is consistently described as friendly, attentive, and helpful. Guests appreciate the quiet location away from busy town traffic. The included breakfast is decent with good, hot coffee, though some food items receive mixed reviews. A significant drawback mentioned by multiple guests is a very strong, overwhelming odor of incense in the hallways and sometimes in the rooms. The property has no elevator, which can be inconvenient, especially for those on the second floor or with mobility concerns. Some rooms show signs of needed updates, such as peeling paint or worn furnishings. Additionally, the seasonal pool was unexpectedly closed during some stays, which disappointed guests.

We always come back here. People are so friendly. One of the girls helped me log into wifi.

This was a last minute reservation and we were able to get an accessible room. Check-in was easy and quick. We left quite early (3 am) and the night clerk helped us with hot tea and bananas to get us on our way. Thank you ?
