Best Western Paducah Inn is noted for its very clean rooms and common areas. The staff is consistently described as friendly, attentive, and helpful. A significant drawback mentioned by multiple guests is a very strong, overwhelming odor of incense in the hallways and sometimes in the rooms. The property has no elevator, which can be inconvenient, especially for those on the second floor or with mobility concerns. Spencer checked me in at 4am. I was dog tired but man, he is the only type of person I would want to deal with. He is a people person and awesome. Give him a raise. Also nice rooms. Thank yall

Was convenient after a crash waylayed us from reaching our goal for the day. Late night and Ashley was helpful and engaged in spite of the late hour. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean and pillows soft.
