We made a decision to order a 330i mainly because of the Professional Driving package. Both Aimee as Sales Manager and Miles as our sales person were always polite, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. They guided us in the build and provided a no hassle final price. (This is my sixth BMW from Bluegrass and I have enjoyed the all experIences.)

We purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Bluegrass BMW and had an amazing experience. Since then, our family has purchased 2 additional vehicles from them. Aimee, Issac, and Matt have all been very helpful and professional each time. We did not feel pressured during the deals at all. I would strongly recommend this dealership when looking to purchase.

Exceptional service, 100% polite and professional, took care of all my questions and concerns and if one person didn’t know the answer they would find out for me. Loved everyone there! All around accommodating. Dealership was nice and clean, no stacks of paperwork lying around and every person greeted me as they passed and even helped entertain my son as we finished up paperwork.
